Who we are

Curated Bee Consulting is led by Jamie Shelley and Lindsey Leatherman, combining creative event direction with senior-level operational and strategic oversight. Together, we develop seasonal and cultural event concepts that are both creatively compelling and operationally sound—designed to function at scale, within real-world constraints.Jamie brings extensive experience directing large-scale, public-facing events across entertainment, media, and venue-based environments, with a focus on guest experience, vendor coordination, and execution under live conditions. Lindsey provides operational, financial, and risk leadership grounded in executive roles within highly regulated institutions, ensuring disciplined planning, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
